The entirety of my move in process to The Victor was seamless due to all the staff that helped me from the leasing team, to the staff at the building on move in day who helped assist with any questions or answers I had. Couldn’t say enough nice things about the people or the building since I have moved in, so happy I chose this place as my new home.

The entire Staff at The Victor are great. From the leasing office, to the concierge desk, to the maintenance staff, they all do their best to treat the residents with upmost respect in a very friendly manner. AJ at the Concierge Desk and Jose from Maintenance are two of the best people you could ask for as far as making residents feel welcome and cared for. It all stems from the top with Natasha's leadership and the team she has put together. Really enjoy living here.

Apartments are bright, well maintained, and supported by a responsive management team. I appreciate the high quality appliances, very nice common spaces, and the roof deck. I have lived here three years in two different units. Details such as a large loading dock, wrapping paper in the mail room, shared work spaces all contribute to an overall highly positive experience. I strongly recommend considering the Victor if you are in the market for a concierge building.
