Best maintenance team around!!!!

The maintenance staff here are so friendly and warm. I met Jose in the hallway on my way to work and briefly asked about how to change a low battery in my thermostat. He offered to fix it and take a look at a warning light on my fridge. When I got home that same day, both items were fixed and I had a handwritten note left on my counter saying hed stopped by. I really appreciated his friendliness and the immediate response to what were fairly small non-emergency items. It gives me a ton of confidence and trust to go to him if ever there was a bigger issue!

The leasing office were approachable and did a good job on the tour. Administrative work was relatively easy. I would like to thank Jennifer for that. Concierge was amazing in holding my packages before I moved in, and ensured all of my packages were transferred from the amazon hub lockers to the package room. I would like to thank Jay and Cardi for that. Lastly, maintenance was great and responded requests within 24hrs, and meeting all of my requests. I would like to thank Jay and Santiago for that.

The move in was seamless, the staff very helpful. The maintenance department excellent and kind.

Jose and Enrique are wonderful!

Jose was so prompt in responding to our most recent maintenance request, it was wonderful. When he came by, our baby was sleeping, and he was so polite to tip toe through the apartment. When it came time to use the power drill, he said he would come back after her nap, and he did, just a little while later. Jose and the maintenance team are so great. We are so lucky to have them here at The Victor!

Very beautiful building with attentive staff. With ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the move-in experience was obviously different, but we still felt welcome. The bottle of wine on the counter was a nice touch, also!

Microwave wasnt heating anything up. I issued a request online late evening. They arrived by noon the next day. Replaced the broken microwave and everything was wrapped up within an hour. Workers courteous and pleasurable as always.

The Victor by Windsor is an excellent place to live. The amenities, the cleanliness of the entire building, the management team, the concierge, security, and maintenance teams are excellent. You cant find a better location with proximity to North Station, TD Garden, North End, Quincy Market, and the Esplanade. People are friendly, and the community rooms and locations are always available and shareable with welcoming neighbors.

Maintenance staff is always excellent and efficient.

This is a really nice apartment complex and the management is engaged and by and large I really like. I wish they keep the roof open longer especially when it's warm.

Response to the work order was excellent. Time efficient!

Comfortable living. Health club available in until 10 PM. Rooftop open air lounge overlooking the harbor, with huge grill. Close to shopping and entertainment. The T is at the corner. Large grocery store across the street. Many sports bars nearby. Wonderful jogging and walking areas. Living is Easy.
